The hotel has been run by the Bianchi family for over 60 years and has always been ahead of the times in all matters concerning wellness.
As far back as the early 1980s, the cuisine turned its attention to vegetarian alternatives, focusing increasingly on the search for healthy options starting at the table.
In 2009, thanks to Barbara, a further step was taken – we became 100% vegan, choosing to specialise in an increasingly vaster selection of buffet options.
