Booking and cancellation terms and conditions
Guarantee: all bookings must be guaranteed by a confirmation deposit paid by either bank transfer or postal order. The deposit payment must amount to 20% of the total cost of the holiday, with a minimum amount of € 200.00 per room.
Modifications: management reserves the right to accept or refuse any modifications to bookings, based on availability and the request for a minimum stay.
Cancellations: there are no charges for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival date. In this case, the total amount of the booking deposit paid will be refunded.
For any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the entire sum of the booking deposit will be kept and not refunded.
In case of cancellation under date of a Suite (Top Suite, Junior Suite, Junior Family Suite and Family Suite) a penalty equal to 40% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the amount for the room for the missing nights (only overnight stay) shall be charged, up to a maximum of three nights.
Cancellations will only be considered valid if communicated by fax or email and reconfirmed by the hotel. In any case, we kindly ask you to contact management to help with any inconveniences that might arise.
Payment methods: the following payment methods are accepted: cash up to € 5.000.00, debit card, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer (for payments in advance).
Insurance: we recommend you take out travel insurance with Allianz Insurance (see our website) when you make your deposit payment to protect you in the event of cancellation of the booking outside the accepted terms and conditions.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: by 12:00 pm;
(on arrival day, rooms will be available in the morning by 12:30 pm) - Check-out: by 9:00 am
(on departure day, rooms must be vacated by 9:00 am) - Upon request, depending on availability, it is possible to extend the check-out of the room for a fee of € 35.00.
